Experiencing challenges through 2011 team building course ‘Live Responsibly’

Team building course is usually organized outdoor, using games to let participants experience and think about situations, challenges and withdraw specific lessons for the reality. The course helps learners to adjust their attitudes and personal behaviours to make them more suitable for group work for the common goals of the organization, enhance mutual understanding and cooperation, as well as improving communication and problem solving skills.

With those purposes, Kim Tin Corporation has cooperated with Vietmark Company to organize interesting and useful team building programs for all the company staff. Compared to the two courses last year, this year program themed “Live Responsibly” is more difficult. There are spectacular challenges and difficulties which demands high capability, strong will and excellent group collaboration.

During the journey from SG to Safari, the participants have to pick up public vehicles using a certain amount of money they are given to perform different tasks, such as learning martial arts in Chau Thoi Son Tu, going shopping with lists at Dong Hoa market, or rowing rafts at Dambri waterfall. Each task is an experience with interesting challenges. For example, the challenge of making rafts for the waterfall is especially attractive, demanding high concentration, good observation and strength to use the tools supplied including life jackets, helmets and poles. It’s even more interesting when the drafts chase after each other for the finish. Sometimes the water is so rough and people can lose their rowing poles or their rafts can be overthrown and everyone fall into the water. In danger, the responsibility and team spirit of Kim Tin staff is shown even more.
