ACB – Let's enjoy & let's win : 19-20/4/2011

From April 19th to 20th , Vietmark had organized a team building program for nearly 100 members of Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) – Corporate Banking Division with the theme ACB – We Are One at Mui Ne Bay resort. The trip has inspired all the participants, including Vietmark team many emotions.

The team departed at 06:00 on March 19th in the beautiful morning with cool air and slightly chilly atmosphere. However, the team were warming up by the funny activities from tour guide on the bus. Everybody joined in the games happily and passionately.

At noon, we arrive at Cay Bang seafood restaurant for lunch, delicious dishes, comfortable seats with cool sea breezes have fulfilled everyone’s stomach and dispel fatigue after 4 hours transport. After that, all the members discuss about the program in the evening, some beach activities, especial the preparation for Gala dinner at the resort.

After checking in, the Organizer checked all the service for Gala dinner held in the resort's restaurant (for the reason that there is gale in the evening)

With the quick and definitive decision, the Organizer decide to move the venue of Gala dinner to the bar area near the beach because all the participants have been working in the air conditioner environment therefore they need to change. Moreover, the evening of 19th was a great opportunity for moon watching.

Both Vietmark staffs and the service provider have worked very hard from assembling the outdoor stage, hanging backdrop and decorating the stage by the materials from coconut to match the Gala dinner theme “ Hawaii color” then setting up the sound and light system, tables and chairs, cleaning… all the works were done before 17pm.

At night, the music resound seemed to invite everyone to come to the party area. All the members in beautiful dresses and scarves or jackets appeared to join in the Gala dinner and to greet the chilly wind of Mui Ne beach.

Everyone enjoyed the seafood buffet very much. Our funny and enthusiastic MC brought people a lot of joy, led people experience the real atmosphere with the professional DJ and the lively music, everyone came to the stage and danced happily until 22:00

All the members back to the rooms and looking forward to joining in the team building program tomorrow morning.

At 06:00 the following day, several members swimming at the beach saw Vietmark team prepared for the team building program: the ground, the game tools at 8:30. With the theme “We Are One”, all the members participated happily and burned all the energy through the games.

At 12:00 the team left resort and came to Ngoc Suong restaurant for lunch. The tables were set near the beach, the food were delicious and we enjoyed a lot. The team looked back to memorized all the activities we have experienced and took a group picture. Goodbye Mui Ne Beach, we will come back soon!.
