Teambuilding – Long Son Challenge

Travel nowadays is not just stop at : gather on time, get on the bus, arrive, check in , meals, sightseeing, shopping & come back ... Many times, during a short trip, group members may not have the opportunity to understand each other.

Teambuilding is born to solve this problem. With teambuilding, everyone immersed in the collective games, which connect to form a solid community.

Teambuilding: mobility and connectivity

After breakfast, all the members started to participate in some activities by spliting group into several teams with the name of humor - funny slogan.

The atmosphere has been raising up by the running feet and Teamleader hustle team members in showing off all their ability to communicate quickly with local residents to receive information.

All staff including the driver of the company involved in activities such as boat on dry land, conquering “Nua Mountain” with a sweat shirt but will not step back before the harsh sunlight. Members encourage one another to continually overcome themselves. The bottle of water was passed from hand to hand to drive away the thirst and the hot in the afternoon. All the will and efforts were compensated when the first member conquered the peak, everyone got more will, more energetic and enthusiastic steps to enjoy the glory when conquered the peak of “Nua Mountain”.

After the break everyone left the mountain, but this challenge was more difficult: All members must follow the tracks of the sign to go down the mountain. The team got together to assign reconnaissance and surveillance to find the shortest way to go down the mountain.

At the end of the journey, everyone rolls on the challenges in the end, such as: creating sources of fire, taking food. . . After completing the above challenges, the members bear cooking lunch with the material collected at these stations: baked oyster, grilled shrimp…
