"That may be the solutions about human resources, market, products, etc. Many people think that teambuilding is simply extracurricular trips or adventurous and discovery trips in combination with physical practicing! Actually, teambuilding is so much more meaningful. Through trips or extracurricular activities, there are very specific experience and messages which the members will immediately recognize when joining teambuilding. That is why more and more organizations coming Vietmark to order with very different requirements,” shared Vietmark’s Director - Mr. Do Tuan Anh.
“As with the requirements on organizing extracurricular activities for students of a language center at the age range of 6 to 18, that is a pretty big gap, we must design the programs so that all of students can participate together,” he added.
To ensure that the criteria "Learning going with practicing,” Vietmark have selected appropriate activities and practical and attractive places so that the students are eager to explore. Theory is quite far from practice, so they can realize only when directly practicing. When wrapping a cylindric glutinous rice cake in a hard way, they will know to value the efforts of cake makers; when planting hard a bamboo, or bending a ornamental plant, they will appreciate what the nature gives us!
However, to send the messages which are sometimes very simple, Vietmark’s members have made many efforts for complete and truly meaningful training sessions. It is not so hard to think of a program close to the reality, but it is essential for organizers to spend many days on going around in advance, making field survey, contacting local people. Especially, that is the mind of people understanding and loving children. This is because guiding a group of children of all ages is sometimes much harder than holding a program with hundreds of workers! However, with what have been done, Vietmark has proved its versatility in teambuilding field.
